ABOUT ME
I'm a graduate of Penn State University pursuing a career in play-by-play sports broadcasting and voiceover work. I'm passionate about engaging an audience through elements of storytelling, exuding enthusiasm over the airwaves, utilizing my knowledge of the sport and describing with fine details in order to paint a mental picture for the listener as demonstrated by winning the 2024 Big Ten Plus Award for "Best Use of Replay."
As a student at Penn State, I was involved with CommRadio where I acquired extensive experience in writing weekly articles, creating podcasts, producing and board operating events and broadcasting play-by-play and color commentary for Penn State Athletics. The sports I commentated for Penn State: football, basketball, hockey, baseball, softball, soccer, lacrosse, wrestling and gymnastics. I additionally broadcasted 12 games for Big Ten Plus, and provided color commentary on ESPN+ for an NCAA Women's Soccer Tournament match.
I've also broadcasted, produced, written summaries and operated cameras for the USCAA Basketball and Baseball/Softball Tournament. Other work of mine includes the play-by-play broadcaster for Altoona Area High School football and basketball, freelance opportunities to voice Saint Francis University Athletics and the part-time PA announcer for Penn State Altoona sports.
